Based in Biloxi, MS, we’re a commercially licensed freeze-dried candy and snacks boutique, and we take pride in bringing the best of the best to the Gulf Coast (and beyond!).

We’re known far and wide for our signature Biloxi Bark (our famous freeze-dried Peanut Brittle) and our Pickle Chips, which have developed a cult following. As we continue to grow, we’re quickly becoming the go-to spot for all things freeze-dried on the Coast—because let’s be real, once you’ve crunched into one of our creations, there’s no going back!

You can find our treats exclusively at our partner locations, online, and in person at events—including the Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport, where you can now snack at 30,000 feet like the VIP you are. We’re always on the lookout for new partnerships, expanding our reach so more people can experience our freeze-dried magic.
