Welcome to Mary’s Freeze Dried Snax — where bold flavor meets bougie crunch! Based in Biloxi, Mississippi, we’re a licensed, small-batch freeze-dried snack company with a full commercial kitchen (no brick-and-mortar shop). Instead, you can find us in 8 locations across the Mississippi Gulf Coast and at local events throughout the year.

We’re best known for our luxurious Brittles, like the buttery Southern classic Biloxi Bark, and the tropical twist of our original Ube Brittle — a flavor inspired by Mary’s Filipino heritage and made with ube, coconut, and macadamia nuts.

Mary is half Filipino and brings her love of culture and flavor into every batch. Her husband, Mike, is a proud Army veteran and Purple Heart recipient, wounded in combat. Making candy with care, creativity, and heart has become a therapeutic outlet that helps Mike manage his PTSD, while bringing joy to others.

Every snack we make is crafted with quality, love, and a whole lot of crunch. We’re grateful for your support and love being part of a community that celebrates small business, good food, and sweet moments.
